REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you miss all delivery attempts made by Royal Mail or do not collect your parcel from your local pick up centre within the 7 days, your parcel will be returned to us and a £5 returns handling fee will be charge for your item to be sent back out to you!

If your order is £100 and over you qualify for free shipping (UK based) and return your entire order, £5.00 will be deducted from your refund for the complimentary shipping as you are no longer eligible for the free shipping!

If you wish to cancel your order before shipping a transaction fee charge will be deducted from your refund

If your item has all tags, hygiene stickers and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, no markings or any type of damage and is within our 14 days return period please send a email with your order number and name; we will get back to you with the return address. Remember to attach a note inside the parcel with your name and order number. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm your refund payment- please allow 1-14 working days for the refund to be processed back into your original payment method. 


SWIMWEAR : we do not accept refunds on any of our swimwear. Exchange only on our swimwear- if the item is suitable. You will know if a item is non-returnable in the item description.

ACCESSORIES: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our accessories. You will know if an item is non-returnable in the item description.

TIGHTS/STOCKINGS & SOCKS: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our tights/stockings & socks. Please check all item descriptions before purchase.

We advise you when returning your order, to use a ‘TRACK & SIGNED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us. (Please also keep receipts)

Please make sure that your return/exchange has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return/ what you would like to change your item to if it’s an exchange (size/colour etc).
