REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

If your item has all tags, hygiene stickers and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, no markings or any type of damage and is within our 14 days return period please send a email with your order number and name; we will get back to you with the return address. Remember to attach a note inside the parcel with your name and order number. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm your refund payment- please allow 1-14 working days for the refund to be processed back into your original payment method. 

SWIMWEAR : for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our swimwear. You’ll be notified when purchasing if an item is non-returnable in the item description. 

ACCESSORIES: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our accessories. You’ll be notified when purchasing if an item is non-returnable in the item description.

TIGHTS/STOCKINGS & SOCKS: for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our tights/stockings & socks. Please check all item descriptions before purchase.

We advise you when returning your order, to use a ‘TRACK & SIGNED’ Service as we can only refund items which are returned to us. We don't reimburse you for your postage cost back to us. (Please also keep receipts) 

Please make sure that your return/exchange has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return/ what you would like to change your item to if it’s an exchange (size/colour etc).

PRE ORDERS TIMESCALE 

Pre orders means that the item is not in stock at the moment. If the item you want is pre order please read the item description for the timescale, as all items have different times. Our aim to get pre orders with us in 14 working days (this does not include weekends and bank holidays). However with coronavirus and delays with shipping deliveries around the world there might be a delay, meaning it could take up to 30 working days for items to reach us. Please keep checking our instagram with updates and news. 

Shipping/Delivery & Collection 

UK Standard Delivery : All UK standard delivery is £5.This is sent via Royal Mail on a first class signed for delivery basis and will reach you 1-5 working days. Excluding bank holidays and weekends, Also busy festive periods deliveries may take longer than expected. This type of delivery is NOT guaranteed the timescale stated and could take longer. Please allow 1-5 working days for your item to be shipped during busy periods.

Out of UK Delivery : All none UK orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed delivery basis. This will cost £14.00 The timescale is different for all countries and can take up to 30 WORKING DAYS (does not include weekends and bank holidays).

Collection : Collection is available via DM/Email or through our website. The address will be giving once once you click on the ‘PICK UP’ option. Please check your emails for updates on when to collect your order, please bring prove of purchase on arrival.
